AUDITION INFO FOR 2015
10.00: Studio is open for registration and warm up.
11.00-12.00: BALLET
12.15-13.30: MODERN/CONTEMPORARY + IMPRO
14.00-14.30: JAZZ
14.30-14.50: STRETCH – Physical check up.
15.00-?: Individual interviews and song audition (if you want to apply for the musical theatre program. There will not be a pianist available, so either sing a capella or bring a backing track on CD or iPod.)
WHAT TO WEAR FOR BALLET AND JAZZ: Bring tight body fitting clothes for Ballet and Jazz. If you have ballet shoes and soft jazz shoes bring those. Not Jazz Sneakers. Otherwise wear socks for both.
WHAT TO WEAR FOR MODERN/CONTEMPORARY: Long legged dance pants and long sleeved shirts, to protect the skin when we do floor work. Bare feet/socks
We have decided to cut the registration fee, to help those who come from afar to audition. So everyone just come well prepared and dance..
Bring some food and snacks to keep up the energy level up during the day. There is a kitchen available with fridge, microwave oven, coffee and tea.
